Daptiv and Pervasive Software Partner to Help Customers Easily Integrate Project Management and Collaboration with other Enterprise Systems

New Daptiv Connect Solution Provides a Seamless Link between Daptiv's SaaS Collaborative Business Software and Other SaaS or On-Premise Enterprise Products

San Diego, Calif., YouCon08 - January 22, 2008 - Daptiv (www.daptiv.com), the on-demand leader in collaborative business software, and Pervasive Software (NASDAQ:PVSW), a global value leader in embeddable data management and agile integration software, today announced a partnership to provide fast and easy integration between Daptiv PPM and a wide variety of enterprise systems. This new solution, Daptiv Connect, enables businesses to gain a holistic view of the full spectrum of work across their enterprise and connect Daptiv's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based solution with both SaaS and on-premise software.

Taking full advantage of Pervasive's extensive library of more than 150 adapters - running the gamut from ERP systems from SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft, to development tools like Visual Studio Team System from Microsoft - Daptiv Connect will provide Daptiv customers with easy-to-use integration tools that help them quickly map data relationships between Daptiv's environment and outside enterprise applications. Since data from multiple systems, such as financial data in ERP or sales data in CRM, can be integrated into the Daptiv environment and tied to relevant projects, Daptiv PPM will become the central, enterprise-wide source for managing and collaborating on everyday work.

Daptiv Connect is a faster, more comprehensive and more reliable alternative to custom code-based integrations, which require significant investment and break with the introduction of new features on either side of the integration. Built on standard adapters that are created and maintained by Pervasive, Daptiv Connect will automatically ensure all applications are synced and working properly when versions of software are updated or changed. Daptiv Connect also solves the common issue of how to best integrate data from on-premise packaged software with on-demand software. Organizations with less complex integration needs will continue to have access to Daptiv's Web services APIs.
